Aramark Completes Acquisition of AmeriPride Services

On January 22, 2018, Aramark announced that it completed the acquisition of AmeriPride Services Inc. AmeriPride is a 125-year-old company with a long history of service and innovation. The merger brings opportunity for us to further improve our service as we adopt each other's best practices. This acquisition will extend our reach to more customers, including a strong presence in Canada, and offer an expanded portfolio of uniform and supply services over time.
